Very easy starting dance for upper body. The better ones will include some minor footwork, but you can skip that if you want.
I learnt this one and a few other House Steps at the same time because I wanted something to do with my upper body while I let my legs recover. Rest days are important, and if you know your limits and don't strain yourself, I think practicing every day as a consistency thing is probably best. Once you've got it down pat at 0.5x speed, you should slowly speed the video up. I would recommend just memorizing every step and doing the entire thing in front of the mirror to fix the positioning of hands and make sure you're drawing the right lines with your body. This is where you'll spend the majority of your time: tuning your moves until they look right.
The difference between a good and boring version of this dance is if you can get the hip sway and the chest movement right. If you're having trouble--particularly with the chest pump and getting it to look sexy (I'm actually not doing the version shown in the video above)--I recommend finding a good K-Pop tutorial for that. It's one of the most basic moves to get in your repertoire.
RPG dance
Extremely easy to get under your belt but--

Two words: SPORTS BRA.
If you watch enough variations of this video, you'll notice a lot of the female cosplayers all have their arms crossed (under their breasts.) There's so much jumping it's painful. Yes, you can make jokes about how your boobs boobily boobed, but I'm telling you, it hurts. Practice it with your arms crossed. Don't say I didn't warn you.
While this is by far the easiest dance on the list, it's also the most exhausting and high impact for your knees. Good lesson for understanding why it's important to get the action right, because the movement of this dance mostly comes horizontally, rather than vertically. You're not jumping up and down, you're kicking your legs out to the side and landing on specific points. Figure that out first and you'll cut down on strain and keep up your stamina for longer practice sessions.
There is an absolutely fucked part of me that learned this dance because I saw a cosplayer doing it in high heels and thought, "Sounds like a fun challenge. I could do it." That is not a very rational part. I've since given up because I don't want to hurt myself--and to be honest, I'm not sure what I was trying to prove.
Don't Push Me
Another easy dance. This was the last one I picked up before I moved onto the harder ones.

What's the point of this? Well, just because a dance looks easy doesn't mean you're actually doing it right. As usual, use a mirror to check your positioning and making sure you're drawing the right lines. The dance loops, yes, but are you doing it exactly the same both times?
Consistency is more important to looking good than doing it fast. Speed comes with practice.
I've got an issue right now where my practice mirror is angled terribly (and I can't move it because it's affixed to the inside of a swinging door). I can't dance in front of it without hitting my hand constantly against the wall. And I'm not confident to record myself on video yet.
Still, it's nice to catch glimpses in the mirror and realize I look good.
